Data entered in the form

The website address, requested design and telephone number entered in the current form remain in your browser. The form does not send them to a server or store them in cookies or local storage. SMS verification and order creation are not yet active.

Before accepting real requests, we will publish information about the subsequent processing, providers and retention periods.

Website visits and email

Loading a page sends the server information including your IP address, time, requested page address and technical browser information. Operational logs support availability, troubleshooting and security. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you email us, we use your email address, message and any details you choose to include to reply. An enquiry from an individual about entering a contract is handled under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other routine correspondence is based on the legitimate interest in responding.

Providing data by email is voluntary. Without contact details and a sufficient description, we may be unable to handle your request.

Recipients and retention

Authorised staff and technical and email service providers may access data to the extent necessary. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

Email correspondence is needed while handling the enquiry. Further retention must be justified by a contract, a legal obligation or the necessary defence of legal claims. Log retention depends on the security purpose and incident handling. The operator must confirm specific retention settings and any transfers outside the EEA before public launch.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz), or the competent supervisory authority where you habitually live, work or where the alleged infringement occurred.
